Lesson from a childrens book: Crossing my fingers and believing in me.

by noahyourself

We’re going on a bear hunt.
We’re going to catch a big one.
What a beautiful day!
We’re not scared.

Oh-oh! A forest!
A big, dark forest.
We can’t over it.
We can’t go under it.

Oh, no!
We’ve got to go through it.

Stumble trip!
Stumble trip!
Stumble trip!

This makes me want to put on my preacher pants and talk about how you can try to find ways around some problems or challenges, but sometimes you just have to put your head down and go through them. Say some things about tripping along the way. How it seems dark, but not to ruin the ending for you, they find their way out of the forest, they find the bear, and they still make it home ok.
